Post a public reply to a consumer care case viewable on the website as a merchant public response.

Merchant agent to post the reply on behalf of. When not provided will use the agent assigned to the case, if the case is unassigned this value is REQUIRED.

Allows control of whether to update the public reply with the provided information as a review can only have one active public reply. This flag has no effect if the message is blank. Specifying FALSe will not produce an error when a message already exists but instead will return the original reply data. DEFAULT - true
