Finds a consumer care case based on the provided review ID and returns the JSON object with additional details

Priority to assign to cases created when not found - DEFAULT 5

Unique user agent ID to assign the case to when being created. When specified this agent will be the default for future notes and public replies, when not provided other actions will require the inclusion of an agentId until the case is assigned.
